My Journey
Every bridge begins with one reason to build.
My career has taken me through general education, special education, alternative education, school social work, leadership, and professional development. Along the way, I noticed something that changed how I viewed education.
Schools were filled with talented, caring people.
Families wanted the very best for their children.
Students were doing the best they could with the support available to them.
Yet many teams still felt overwhelmed.
Not because they lacked passion.
Because they lacked consistent systems.
I realized lasting change doesn't happen through isolated initiatives.
It happens when we intentionally build capacity—one relationship, one system, and one community at a time.
Today, MASAMIR Educational Services exists to help schools and families build those systems together.
